While I am sure you had a great time last night, for future game night a few things to consider are:
1. Planning for the event--in other words, factor in the calories of some of the foods you know will be served and track them in your nutrition tracker BEFORE you go.
2. Bring your own healthy options
3. Get in a little more activity
4, Never arrive hungry to any event.
