Thanks Waterdiamonds...you are so right..I do need something else that excites me to exercise, because I bore easily and it's probably part of my problem.

So maybe you could try some new form of exercise? Something you like so much that missing out on it feels as if you've missed out on the best part of your day?

Ok, so I have a confession..I fit into my favorite dress last week..hoooray right!! WRONG

I finally realized that it has thrown me off my routine. I have yet to exercise since then. My mental has gone haywire...like just because I fit in the dress, I'm done. I'm still eating right..but the exercise, to which is my biggest struggle, is GONE.

I also confess that Yes, I fit into it, it looked good, but it could look sooooo much better if I keep going. My other clothes need to fit as well, not just the sexy dress...LMAO...gotta get it together!
