I find planning ahead to be helpful, quite often I plan my meals 1 or 2 days in advance, I check my food cupboards to see what I have on hand and then plan my meals accordingly, occasionally I may change something or add a different food come the day but with a little altering here and there it all balances out...

Welcome to SparkPeople! You can get those for up to 7 days ahead. You can use the arrow buttons next to the date at the top of the nutrition tracker (or use the button below the date to open up a calendar where you can select a date that you want to look at). You can then see your meal plans for that day.

To get the grocery list for up to 7 days ahead, you can click on the Grocery List button and you can change the start date if necessary, select the number of days to show, along with selecting some of the other options listed there, then click the button to update the list.

Hope that helps!

Coach Denise
