I just keep plugging away at it. I sometimes have lost some days (weeks) but I eventually get back to it and the more I do it, the more it is becoming a habit. Sometimes I know I can't get on the site so I track my food in a little notebook and then when I have time, I catch it up. My goal is to "streak" my tracking. Darn! I missed yesterday so my streak goes back to 1 day, LOL.... never quit!!!

Hello to all, I am a bit new to the message boards, but I wanted to ask a question: How do the people of Sparkpeople get back on the bandwagon when they haven't tracked their food in a few weeks or so? Feedback would be awesome as well as support. Thanks to all!
