Thats great...small changes are what matters :D i try to peel a orange and cut it up the night before, put that and some grapes in a baggy, and use that as a snack the next day at work. seems if i do it the day before, i have more "time" the next day. :D

I have been so unmotivated. Besides the obvious reasons to get into shape (yes including my wedding) I have been trying to eat better, that's one of my biggest problems, I LOVE food. Unfortunately I'm an extremely busy person, but the last 2 days I've gotten slightly better at my food choices! I just wanted to share with everyone about my slight success!
