I am planning on getting married in New York City on New Year's Eve 2013 to the love of my life. I always use to be very thin. I started birth control. First I was on the Depo Provera for 6 months I stop. I had gained 40 pounds. I was able to lose so of the weight but then got on the IUD for 2 years and gain back what I lost and then some. I just weighed myself today at 184. I recently had a breast reduction done on March 21st. I haven't been able to exercise much as I was healing but now I am trying to get back down to 135lb. And suggestions on how I can do this besides exercising. Did any of you all use certain workout dvds or have certain work out plans you did at home such as walking. I am on a budget and can't afford to go to the gym. But I do have a treadmill at home.
My future husband tells me I am beautiful but I know he would like to see me lose this weight. I also have very high blood pressure. June 6th it was 158/98 when I went to the doctor. I am not taking medication. I am trying to quit smoking too. I am down to 4 cigs a day.
