Just have to fake it till you feel it...or even if you never feel it, do it cuz you want it. That's what I do.

Congrats to you for having done so great for so long! I started out strong almost 2 months ago. Lost 9" over all in the first month and now am struggling to make myself do any exercise on a daily basis. Lucky if I get 3 days of half an hour each week. Not for lack of time, solely for lack of interest. If I have someone to work out with I go in full throttle. Unfortunately I'm having troubles finding other people who have the time or the inclination to work out too. Thankfully i haven't let my food tracking slide or I'm sure I'd be in much worse shape now.
Must...get...back...on...track!

Ive only been going for two weeks and have lost motivation!! So I would say you are doing great.

Pull yourself up by the bootstraps and win that mental battle. That is my goal today!

I am also having the same issue. I have been doing great since the end of February and have lost 38 pounds. The last two weeks have been rough for me. I was sick and then had a minor outpatient surgery. I am cleared to go back to working out. I am having a hard time finding the motivation to do it again. I know I can do this and have been so happy with my results. I just need to find my motivation and get back on track.

I've been surely and steadily losing weight since January. I'm so happy about my progress and feel like for the first time ever that I can really do this, but for about the past week and a half, I've fallen off the wagon and am sabotaging myself. How do you all get yourself back in gear?
