I want to congratulate you on making this journey. I began my own journey a few years ago and though my pace has been slow I have lost over 100 pounds! You can have success too!

Ive been trying to stay on a plan and stick to a diet or "lifestyle change" for the past two years. For the first time im actually ready and sincerely serious about make these changes ...im so proud of me!!!
