make a schedule - with very small goals for the upcoming week. maybe tracking for a day, or two, and then building up from there. make sure you schedule in time for your favourite things - exercise, food, books, etc.

Hey ya'll,

I've been in a diet slump this weekend. I think we all know the feeling. Maybe you had one too many sweets or you missed a few workouts. Let's all share some positive ideas and tips for how to get back on track!
