Enjoy the zing that the ginger gives to the pineapple in this easy-to-prepare great-tasting little nibble. The pineapple provides you with an excellent source of vitamin C and manganese.

Serves 2

Ingredients:
1/2 medium pineapple
1 tsp finely minced fresh ginger

Directions:
1. Cut pineapple into 1-inch chunks.
