Start with sliced beef, add lots of veggies you like and make a homemade stir fry sauce . Or try this one :
Orange or Apricot sauce
1/2 cup sugar free apricot preserves or sugar free orange marmalade 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
Mix well, add to your stir fry
1 pound fresh cod fillets 2 tablespoons soft cheese with herbs, room temperature 1 - 8 ounce can diced tomatoes with garlic, onion, and peppers, drained salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 tablespoon shredded parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Spray a baking dish with Butter Pam
Arrange the cod fillets in the dish. Pat fillets dry using a paper towel. Spread the soft cheese evenly over the fillets. Pour the tomatoes over the tops. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 25 minutes.

Hi everyone, Has anyone created a gluten free recipe collection they would be willing to share with me (not just sweets and baked stuff)? I also have a chicken allergy so any healthy recipes that are fish or beef based and gluten free? I tried searching on these key words in the recipes but I got a lot of random stuff. Thank you!
