Hi all you over 50 motivated to get healthy sparkers!! I am right there with you. I had a goal to be healthy and in shape by the time I was 50. . . well I made it and then gave up :( and went back to my "old" way of life. Now I have a new goal . . . to be healthy and in shape by 51 (that's Nov 14 for me) and stay that way!! That is the part of the goal that I missed when I turned 50. I know that I can do it because I've done it before but even more than that, I know that I have the right goal this time. We can do it because we want to be healthy and in shape so we can "play with the grand kids :)" and not get winded, be able to be active and enjoy our life and not spend our time being a couch potato. 51 is a great age to be healthy and active!!
Lets go sparkers we can do this!!!
