I had posted a question a few weeks back and had several responses, thank you! Now another question, because of a slight hip and IT tear, I am not allowed to do squats, lunges, treadmill,no repetitive movements so much of my workout is upper body. I do alot of walking but still need to move the weight from hips/thighs. I have modify my yoga practice. What I currently doing is morning 10 minutes of fitness with a walkfit video, upper strength training with weights. A 30-60 yoga practice 5 x's a week.
So any suggestions would be appreciated thanks!
