It's funny that I had just read that. I have a little insomnia, but it comes and goes so is really not a problem for me....yet. I wanted to add there is some information under articles here on sparks about insomnia too.

I do not sleep well either. I have to aka meds once in a while just to sleep.

I hope you were able to have a restful night. I was just reading the other day that eating oatmeal for DINNER helped with insomnia. Rich in iron and vitamin B. Vitamin B shown to combat everything from sleep disrupting stress to restless leg syndrome. Oatmeal is also rich in iron ,and iron deficiency is linked to sleep disturbances.
Added tip- a few banana slices to your oatmeal. Potassium in bananas sparks slow-wave sleep.
I read this in the March 4th edition of Woman's World.
You might try it. emoticon

I'm going to bed with high hopes that I will sleep soundly without waking up. I don't sleep well anymore (well, for a long time) and I'm not sure why. I know rest and exercise go hand in hand so I hoped that, once my workout became a little more consistent, I would sleep better.
