WooHoo what a GREAT workout this morning!! Just Danced for 30 minutes!!! And I feel great!! And the more I sweated the better I felt! That coming from someone who "hates" to sweat!! 2 weeks tomorrow since I started this program & I have already seen a huge increase in my energy level. And I love it!!!
