Walked the last 4 days that is something for me. So glad that I have my walker, which has a seat on it. So when I get where I can't stand any more I can seat down.

The only trouble is one can't push a grosery cart and use the walker.

This is great - I am not working on losing weight just losing %fat. Down .5% I am in the Green for all my measurements but want to keep it on the low end as much as possible.

I have a class reunion this year.

Have you tried double strength A-5-35 Rub [Deep Heat] for arthritis? It is the smelly type, works for relief on my aching joints.

Didn't do much exercise wise, I really need to do so my knees are so sore that I can hardly walk.

Did 15 minutes on treadmill this morning. Wore my brain out searching eBay.....had to have a nap and slept thru lunch. Then did usual clean up of after the weekend mess and went out for dinner. Stuck to my plan. Had a hamburger but with sauce on the side, ordered sald instead of fries and dressing on the side.

To day was so busy, went to the doctor and shopping, and register my car. Was worn out. Tops. I will have to work harder this comming week.

Didn't exercise with my tapes. Tomorrow I will do at least one. Aunt Bee

Another sunny day in the Okanagan. Course it is only just after 8am and that can change by noon.

Got alot of little errands to do today, so if I get a walk in that will be a bonus today.

Putting some music on and doing some streching. It raining out side. 50 degrees haven't ate yet it is almost noon. I guess I should get some food, and fix lunch. Aunt Bee.

So has anyone bought the Special "K" cereal with the Pilates CD in them? Sure beats getting a coupon! I opted for Core Strength and Flexibility. Pretty mild stuff, the next box I got the Toned Abs and Endurance.

I use an exercise ball for stretching my flexibility and the treadmill in the winter. Though the treadmill becomes a clothes-horse in nice weather.
I walk my little dog in good weather and I luv swimming.

Enjoy deep water aqua-fit classes, it is just dragging myself to class that I find a million and one excuses, but once in the water I am glad I push myself out the door!

Adding streching to ones work out, will help with warm up and make one more flexable!
