Walked the last 4 days that is something for me. So glad that I have my walker, which has a seat on it. So when I get where I can't stand any more I can seat down. Aunt Bee The only trouble is one can't push a grosery cart and use the walker.

Hello Aunt Bee Did 15 minutes on treadmill this morning. Wore my brain out searching eBay.....had to have a nap and slept thru lunch. Then did usual clean up of after the weekend mess and went out for dinner. Stuck to my plan. Had a hamburger but with sauce on the side, ordered sald instead of fries and dressing on the side.
So has anyone bought the Special "K" cereal with the Pilates CD in them? Sure beats getting a coupon! I opted for Core Strength and Flexibility. Pretty mild stuff, the next box I got the Toned Abs and Endurance.
I use an exercise ball for stretching my flexibility and the treadmill in the winter. Though the treadmill becomes a clothes-horse in nice weather. I walk my little dog in good weather and I luv swimming.
Enjoy deep water aqua-fit classes, it is just dragging myself to class that I find a million and one excuses, but once in the water I am glad I push myself out the door!
