I;m 30 lbs o everweight. For health reasons I need to lose it. My back is fused and I'm diabetic 2.
I tend to lose it and then not stick to a change of lifestyle then gain it all back.
Since I have so many restrictions - I.e. no dairy, no wheat or gluten, no nuts or seeds, etc. it''s hard to stick to any plan, but I need to do it.
