I was doing a sore walking workout (yesterday was total body challenge with Coach Nicole, and I am feeling it today) when I realized that my HRM was acting funky (I have a Polar H7 that I use with my phone).
The problem was easily remedied. I had noticed that the strap didn't need to stretch as much as it did before (note, it does adjust to get bigger than I had it, but I tend to just stretch things out rather than make them bigger). I figured I was just breaking the strap in.
Today, however, I realized that I needed to adjust it.It was too loose. Not to the point where it was falling off or anything like that (I've only lost 4 pounds- come on!), but it was loose enough that it was no longer working properly.
Needless to say, I'm celebrating.
Now if only my pants would get too loose...
