Another trick I find - when I finally figure out what my emotion is. I sit and take a dee breath. Breath in all that anxiousness feel it fill up my body then I blow it all out. I may do it a few times for each emotion. I seem to know when it is time to move on to the next one. May sound crazy but it does work.

Yesterday was anxiousness; today is a weird lonely with others but still alone problem.
Yes, this gives me that I want toast with butter and honey yen from my parents' divorcing - family splitting years.
Guess I can just breathe through it.

I hate making phone calls. I feel your pain. And you know if you are calling the dentist and the electrician, it can't be good, right?

I had a job where I had to call customers who were not necessarily happy. I was working from home, so I didn't always look professional. But if I had to call a customer that day, I made sure I was dressed in professional clothes and my hair was combed. Also, someone told me to stand up when you make the call. It really does help with the anxiety-producing phone call.

These are the 3 words I wrote down. I was starting to eat - and for no apparent reason.

Yes, don't I so often eat out of habit?

I am also nervous about making the phone calls to the dentist and electrician. Nothing has changed since I was ten years old. Nervous about making some phone calls. and for what reason?

The feelings won't kill me but the eating will.
