Good Morning Everyone!

I just wanted to say hi :o) I am fairly new to SparkPeople, just joining a few weeks ago. I am SO grateful for this site. I have learned lots and for the first time ever - I am consistently tracking my food. It's amazing how much you learn about your dietary habits/needs when you pay attention.

I look forward to growing as a person with this site (or should I say shrinking lol). Thanks for allowing me to be a part of your lives. Your stories motivate me on a daily basis.
