I've caught a few episodes and like it. I haven't done their recipes yet but I've used some of their ideas in my own cooking: Most recently, I pre-baked pie shell and then brushed egg white to not get a soggy crust before adding filling and baking (Carla's pecan pie recipe) and I used a cheesecloth to roast my Thanksgiving turkey (Michael, I think), It was sooooo juicy!

...just have to keep running/walking/moving/tracking/pushing play....

I watch the show all the time but have not made any of the recipes. You can go on their web site and get any recipe .

I watched the show couple of times and not what I expected from a cooking show.
