I have in the past, but this time I am determined to reach my goal. At this point I do not feel as though I am making progress, but I still get up and exercise and watch what I eat. I feel as though I do need help though.
Though at times, I feel as if I have, I haven't. I have a team of too many people including God who won't let me. When I stop, they wind me up. When I fall they pick me up. When I have a bad day they encourage me. Until I can start doing it for myself.

No, I know that God has a plan for me. When I get frustrated without understanding, I pray for wisdom. When I want to quit, I pray for strength. Somehow things pass by and I am back to my old self.

Hi Advancement. Thanks for the encouragement. I was a little discouraged today, it is day 1 and I didn't get through my entire exercise routine. But I'm with you! I'm not going to stay how I am. I'm sick and tired of feeling sick and tired :) Don't give up on yourself either and come back and talk to us.

Yes, but now I am learning to loose weight, eat right and exercise the right way..Before it was for a quick fix and in the long run, the weight I would loose would come back and then some..I want to be able to do a lot of different kinds of exercises without problems..I just read an article on Spinning and I would love to try it but have been scared to do so..but now after reading the article I just may give it a chance..

If you have given up on yourself I ask you one question. WHY? You have so much to live for and look forward too. When I think about loosing weight I don't just think about how good I will look, even thought it does show up in my thoughts alot! :) I think about adventure and excitement. Think about all the things you will be able to do and motivate yourself that way! Personally I want to go surfing. What is your adventure dream?
