I agree with the previous poster, could be sugar or caffeine withdrawals. Will go away soon. :)

Could be sugar--I get a headache when I cut back. Also, if you were eating alot of chocolate it has caffeine. If the headaches continue be sure to check with your doc!

Hi all, Just finished week one of healthy eating and I noticed that whenever I start eating better after a couple of days I start getting really bad headaches. The last time I thought it was just a coincidence, but it happened again this time. I started eating well on Sunday and by Monday night I went to bed with a headache, got a bad headache mid day on Tuesday, and again on Wednesday and then again today (Friday). I take pain killers for it and it eases off. I am not cutting any food out of my diet completely, just trying to make better choices, stay within my calorie range and cut back on junk food. I am not a coffee or soft drink drinker so caffeine isn't the problem. I am drinking more then my 8 glasses of water daily so it's not a dehydration issue. Any suggestions?
