I eat watermellon and cantelope !

The Lord is my strength and i know i can do better with the Lords help. The Lord laid it on my heart to start a team called GOD ANSWERS PRAYER AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ANYBODY THAT WANTS HELP TO LOSE THEIR WEIGHT TO JOIN . I KNOW I CAN'T DO THIS WITHOUT THE LORDS HELP !

Thanks, I do make smoothies, but never thought of adding chocolate syrup to it : )

A somewhat dessert would be to blend frozen strawberries, frozen banana, milk and just a 2 tbsp (or so) of light chocolate syrup. I usually would use 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1 frozen banana, 1 cup of milk and 2 tbsp of light chocolate syrup. If extra 'frozen' is needed just throw in a few ice cubes.

The best way to predict the future is to create it.

I have a pretty huge sweet tooth, especially after dinner. I'm trying to cut down on the sugar I'm eating this week, but I need some recipes for healthier snack options. Thanks!
