I think with something like French Toast, make it the normal way and eat it with some fresh fruit instead of butter and syrup, and only eat one piece!

I don't know if its really healthy, I dip the bread in egg white and skim milk then fry with butter flavor Pam..In place of syrup, I microwave a few strawberries or blueberries ( I keep some frozen) until warm, fork smash then place on top.
