Are you looking for a dinner recipe for a party or just for yourself?
Snack recipe Oatmeal bar 1.5 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup chopped walnuts [or any nuts you like] 1/2 cup dried fruit (any you like – raisins, cranberries, dates, figs) 1/4 cup seeds (any you like – sunflower, pumpkin, flax, sesame) 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp kosher salt 1.25 cups skim milk 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla Preheat oven to 350* Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Pour wet into dry. Stir to combine. Pour into a 9×9 baking dish either coated in cooking spray or lined with parchment. Bake for 40 minutes. Cut into 9 squares. Makes 9 servings . Each bar is appx. 170 calories, 3 grams fiber and 5 grams protein.
Whole wheat blueberry muffins 2 c ww flour 1/3 c sugar 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 2 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon 1 cup ff milk 2 tbsp canola oil 1 large egg 1 1/4 c blueberries Preheat oven 400 Line 12 muffin tins Stir dry ingredients in one bowl and wet leaving out blueberries in another bowl. Then combine together and fold in blueberries. Fill muffin liners with mixture. Bake 18 min

latley i am am getting a bid fed up with takeing the same pieces of fruit and snack bars to work, college and on a day out. Any one get the same feeling.
I also have a passion for makeing cooking and would like to create some of my own healthy snaks that dont take so long to cook like some of the recipies on here because some times i dont have much time i the evening before to make them or i am to tired.
So i was just woundering if you have had any luck with sorting out a quick healthy snack thats quick and easy to make??
Also on saturday 15th the last harry potter is coming out in england where i live OMG exited. and to celebrate i am having a party and am also looking for something quick to make as am working at lunch time so wouldnt have enough time to prepare something fancey
before you ask yes i have looked on the recipie site bit on here but some of the things take a little to long so also any ideas
