1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise 1/2 cup fat free sour cream 1 envelope package dry vegetable soup mix - Knorr or Lipton 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry of liquid 2 cloves garlic chopped fine 3 tablespoons parmasan cheese *optional* small can of water chestnuts, drained and chopped fine
Mix all in large bowl. Place in fridge to cool. Serve with cut up veggies , pita chips or fat free crackers. Triscuits are good with this ! or any sturdy cracker.
I don't have a recipe, but I recently used a pre-packaged dry dill dip recipe with plain, nonfat Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, and it tasted just as good! So, maybe experiment with a recipe you currently have by making substitutions or use a dry mix with Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
