Hormel Garlic and Onion Pork roast....a bottle of MOJO from the spanish section of the grocery store...pour over roast and cook on low for 8 hours.....you'll have shredded pork for tacos, a tender main meal....delicious!

The Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken from the SparkPeople cookbook is amazing (and the recipe is on sparkrecipes.com). Super easy and really tasty. I add frozen corn and cooked pinto beans in at the end.
Plus, it freezes really well. I portion it into single (micro/oven safe) serving containers with one tortilla and a bit of cheese and freeze. I defrost it in the microwave (at which point you can eat it), but then put it in the oven for 10 minutes or so until the cheese is browned. Serve with Wholly Guacamole. Delicious.

I use this website http://www.crockingirls.com/ for some yummy recipes. I also watch the ingredients and make adjustments to our likings!! Bacon Ranch Chicken is one of our favorites!!
there are so many, a lot of times you can just use lower cal/fat/sodium options on regular recipies, I use Spark recipies pretty faithfully also I have a crock pot app on my phone and I just watch what I use.
