Welcome to SparkPeople!! This is a wonderful site with so many resources like articles, trackers, and community SparkTeams to help give you support and keep you motivated. See how many SparkPoints you can get each day and this will help you find and use many of the tools of the site. Make sure you make a SparkPage as this is how you can have people post to you to help inspire you! Please remember this is a marathon, not a sprint. It is not a diet, but a lifestyle change. I am down 70 lbs with SparkPeople and I feel so much lighter and stronger and healthier every day! You can do it! Best of luck on your journey to a healthier lifestyle!

I don't know if you can change your original weight, but you can change your current weight. Check with the Site/technical help message board in the Community section about that particular question.

You are worth having a healthy body!

This is a lifestyle change to be healthy, not a diet and not a sprint to get there.. one day at a time, one pound at a time.. as long as it takes, starting again as often as possible.

Hi all,
I used to use SparkPeople before I got married. Fast forward 3 years and now have a almost 2 year old. Life is crazy! But I'm excited to get back on track health wise.
I do have a question if anyone can help out. I guessed at my weight when I first signed up. I was able to get on a scale and now know my accurate weight. Am I able to change my original weight?
Thanks all and good luck!
