PADOXIEGIRL, congratulations! You are the star of your own '70s Show! You probably already know all this stuff, but, as a Sparkpeople freak, I just gotta share:
To achieve the best weight loss: Be sure to use the Nutrition Tracker and don't exceed the bottom line numbers for calories, carbs, fat, and protein. You do not need to follow Spark's Food Plan. You can simply do your own thing, just don't exceed those numbers.
To achieve the body sculpt beyond belief: Do 30 minutes cardio, 10 minutes strength, five days a week.
If you consistently do the above stuff you will see head-turning, eye-popping results. You will be so jazzed about the new you that you will just keep on livin' the Sparkpeople life beyond goal....for the rest of your long, beautiful life.
It is so, so, so do-able! It's painless! It's fun!
