Two months and two days into this weight loss sight and I'm happy to say that there are some visible results that are showing. I've learned quite a bit about how many useless calories I've been taking in for the better part of my life. The Focus these days are on lowering Carbs and upping Protein intake. I'm positive that if I continue making Smart Spark decisions that in a few months I'll need to pull out the old wardrobe and hang up my oversized clothes. A great thought in itself!
