thank you so muck you are right its not easy when I had My wls I was 238 pds and now i notice i am having a lot of head hungry so am trying to fight that I can only eat small portions of food like 4 times day I do need to up my water intake so am working on that i threw my scale out a week ago scale drive me crazy. I do need to workout more i finally work out last night using the video on here so am trying to get use to sparkpeople and learning how it works

welcome to spark people, go slow and make small changes and you will reach your goals....it works I lost over 200 pounds and have kept it off nearly 3 years now.

it was not always easy but neither was weighing 350 pounds
