thank you so muck you are right its not easy when I had My wls I was 238 pds and now i notice i am having a lot of head hungry so am trying to fight that I can only eat small portions of food like 4 times day I do need to up my water intake so am working on that i threw my scale out a week ago scale drive me crazy. I do need to workout more i finally work out last night using the video on here so am trying to get use to sparkpeople and learning how it works
