emoticon on your weight loss far and emoticon back to being an active Sparker!! SP can be a great help. I've been a Sparker for quite some time now and co-lead one team (Positive Sparkers). With the help of SparkPeople (and its supportive members), I've had some success losing weight (with occasional bumps in the road and currently a very big boulder). Look around, don't be afraid to just jump in or ask questions. I'm still learning new things, myself! No judgments allowed here. We are all in this together. I join SP over a year ago but I had a horrible year so didn't follow through. This fall I realized I needed to get going or I'd be a failure for ever. So I started. I have been working on this for at least 6 weeks now and lost 16 pounds. Pressing toward the mark. emoticon
