I am having the same problem. Every time I try to work out, I try to find something else to do and at the end of the day I just say I didn't have time. Whereas last year up until October I would work out 7/7 with no breaks. I was so committed, but now....I can't get myself to do it. Almost all the weight came back.
Put the stick down (that you are beating yourself with). Awesome, you went to the gym three times even though you were tired and weren't feeling well. Great job. Perhaps you really were trying to get sick but because of all your healthy habits you beat it off. I'll bet throse two pounds will be gone next week.

My name is Carrie and i just want to let you know that your not alone in your journey. I too have also just within the last 4 months lost my spark and did not know where I left it. I am fortunate enough to have a great support of motivators here at SP who got me feeling the spark again. It just takes time to find it. Nice I will keep going. thinking about weight lifting. Looks like a lot of fun, and I like muscles.
Don't feel bad, only robots are perfect. It's good to slip so you can push yourself. Try thinking about why you started, what you are doing this for. Don't beat yourself up for slipping, but be compassionate and admit you are human. Use your mistake and how guilty you feel to push yourself again, you are better than that, and you know you can do better, so do it!

I have to tell you mother's day was such a health disaster for me. One of the worst eating days for me ever. I was super upset. I could not believe I had done that after all my efforts over the last year. So I did it, I was mad at myself, I was surprised and then guess what???
Well, that is that, isn't it? It is done and now I can only go forward. Now you can go forward and you will pick up your speed. If you don't I would just Spark my little heart out till you ignite you Spark and go strong.

Don't worry ! You'll get your spark back !! But, one thing I can do to help is to let you know that you probably didn't gain two pounds of fat this week even though you ate whatever you wanted.
In order to truly gain two pounds of fat, a person needs to eat an extra 7,000 calories on top of their normal daily intake. one pound of fat = 3,500 calories. So, did you eat an extra 7,000 calories worth of food ? If not, then you didn't gain fat, but you did gain weight. How ? Water retention. You may have eaten a lot of salty foods like chips and such. Eating too much salt can cause a person to retain water.
Ever notice your weight goes up during TOM ? Most women tend to gain weight during their menstrual cycle. Is that a fat gain ? Nope, it's nothing more than a temporary water weight gain that passes in a few days.
I can easily "gain" 3-4 pounds in a day ! It's not fat. It's nothing more than a temporary fluctuation that passes in a few days. Don't tie your emotions to the scale. There really is more to good health than a number that stares at us from between our toes in the morning.
Well, I gained 2 pounds this week after eating anything I felt like. I only went to the gym 3 times instead of my normal 6. I don't know why but I was just tired and I did not care. I care now, I am really upset with myself for letting it happen and I just want to get back on track. I remember how the last 7 weeks I had so much energy and I was really happy and now I am just not! Well here it goes I'm trying to get my spark back.... Wish me luck!
