I would recommend joining a few spark teams that interest you. There are spark teams for just about anything you can think of - from age groups to hobbies to types of exercise you like to pet related groups to amount of weight needed to lose to... well, you name it. There's probably a group for people who are interested in it. :)
That has been my biggest help - finding other people with similar interests or goals. Good luck!!

I need motivation to keep exercising and to stay away from unhealthy foods. I need an accountability partner on this journey. So please help.
