For half an inch loss at my belly I must work hard at it at least a month.

It's all going to depend on how much you have to lose. 133 at 5'2" is going to be different than 133 at 5'7", you know what I mean? The less you have to lose, the longer it will (likely) take. How many inches is going to also depend on genetics. It seems you're losing all over fairly evenly, but some people lose from a specific area earlier/faster than from other areas.

I am 5'4".

Hi I'm 133 pounds and over the past 13 days have managed to lose 1/2 an inch from my arms, thighs, waist and hips. Is this the normal rate for someone my size? How many inches are you all losing in a month?

Thanks, Kirsty
