Start where you are now. No rush...just a choice by choice lifestyle change....start with and extra glass of water before each meal or walking 5 minutes daily....just something that you can do slow and easy...it's consistency and habit that will get you where you want to go! Keep Sparkin'!!!
Day 7 on this downward spiral - binging and sedentary. I received my blood work this week with all bad markers for heart disease and diabetes. I feel I'm on a downward spiral and cannot stop. Why can't I stop this self-destruction? I consider myself more knowledgeable than most when it comes to health and nutrition so it is not lack of knowledge. : (
