I just sent myself an email with a whole list of inspirational lines... don't know if they will work for you but they tend to work for me:

Stop competing against everyone else and start competing with yourself.

Would you rather feel sore or sorry about your workout tomorrow?

You get out of it what you put into it... no workout, no results!

The only bad workout is the one that didn't happen.

I need to see words of encouragement to keep me going everyday... I have one quote that I love so far... I need more, can anyone help me by just adding quotes, So I can post them around me to help me. I will start by sharing the one I have so far...
Exercise TO BE FIT, NOT SKINNY....Eat TO NOURISH YOUR BODY..... AND ALWAYS Ignore THE HATERS, DOUBTERS & UNHEALTHY EXAMPLES THAT WERE ONCE FEEDING YOU....You ARE WORTH MORE THAN YOU REALIZE.
