I'll drink a glass (of water!) to that! It's rough when we discover weight loss to be the thing blocking us from a life we want to live. Congrats on taking steps and prioritizing your quality of life! I hope you reach your goals. It seems you've come a long way along your tracker, which is simply fantastic!

Hi, my name is Heather and I am mom to two awesome kids. My son is nothing short of a firecracker. He is on the move ALL the time and my daughter is special needs requiring a lot of lifting on my part. So, my ultimate goal is to get off some of this weight so that I can feel like a better mommy.'s to a better quality of life
