So I had a baby girl Dec 21 weighing in at about 195 lbs! I was 140-145 lb before I was pregnant. I had already started to gain weight and went from a nice lean curvy figure to this. By march I had lost all water weight and started to diet, and weighed in at 187.5. Now about 3 and a half months later I weigh 162.5...So check out my crazy goal now! I plan on going to the gym 4-5 times a week, and dieting. My goal is to lose 2 lbs a week until the end of the year. I estimated if i do lose 2 lb a week (which is ok i hear) all the way up to the middle of December I will be 120 lb! My ultimate weight loss goal! Think i can do it? Advice? Thanks!
