You may wanna contact your doctor to see what exercises you have been cleated to do--just remember though that you can't spot reduce--in other words selectively choosing where to shrink the fat cells.

I have a 2 year old and an almost 3 month old and while pregnant with my second I found out I have a hernia at my belly button. Since having my baby it is quite a large bulge and i am scared of causing damage while exercising. I am not happy with my post pregnancy body (stomach) and really want to make a change - does anyone have suggestions on what exercises are okay to help flatten my stomach with a hernia?
