When I first started using SP, I tried to get as many Spark Points a day as I could. This helped me really get to know the program and I learned a lot from reading the articles and taking the quizzes. When are you hoping to lose the 4 kg by? Spark's program is designed to help you lose about 0.25 to just under 1 kg a week, depending on where you are starting from.

Hi there, I am ilayda from Edinburgh. Ever since I go into puberty I am obsessed with my few kg's :) I am aiming to lose 4 kg's before summer comes....though summer never comes to Edinburgh lol :D
