I think you are doing great I Lost 2-3 pounds per week when I first started out, it eventually evened out to 1-2 pounds per week. Keep up the good work!

I started an exercise and eating properly 7 weeks ago, as i went for a physical at the dr's and was not happy with my weigh in at the drs office, i weight 181 pounds, and well i jumped on the scale today and well i was so happy with the results i used a medical scale which is because its most accurate, as i work for a medical facility, and i am happy to say i am now 164 pounds, which is a total of 17 pounds of weight lost....is this too quick? or is it about right?........i work out in the gym 5 days a week 2 hours each session, doing both cardio and weight lifting.... with 2 days rest. your knowledge and comments are welcomed!
