Thanks! I have joined some teams, but haven't really checked in with them yet..still getting used to how the site works..maybe it is the muscle issue..my clothes do fit better..and my muffin tops are definitely shrinking..finally! I wanted to wait a little while before doing too much wait training & toning so I would be able to see more loss on the scale..maybe I should focus more on inches..thank you for your encouragement!

Great job on the 13 # loss! Have you joined any teams? Sometimes you can be motivated by the teams you join. Also you may have to change up your fitness routine. You may have built muscle so therefore you are not showing a loss. How are your clothes fitting? Remember numbers are just numbers there are other ways to tell if you are loosing. What other non-scale victories are you seeing? Those are just as important.

I'm starting to get the hang of using this site..started my Fitness goals the beginning of May and lost 13 lbs the first couple of weeks. The scale hasn't moved since which is discouraging. I've been walking for my exercise and worked it up to about an hour a day, and been keeping track of my calories..discovered the miracle of Shirataki noodles! Something must be off though since there has been no apparent further progress. Maybe I'm miscalculating my calorie & burn ratios..I'm also getting bored of walking. Need to change up my routine and spark it up some!
