***Try using the nutritional tracker. It really makes it easier to stay within your daily nutritional goals. This can be found under “My Trackers”.

***Read the many success stories to help you stay focused and motivated. This can be found under “Community”.

***Check out Challenge Central. There are many challenges designed to keep you on track such as the Official 10-Minute Daily Exercise Streak Challenge, SparkPeople 8-Week Diabetes Weight Loss Challenge, Official 28-Day Bootcamp Workout Challenge, and many others that may interest you. OK, wow, I found this site this weekend through my Fitness magazine that I ordered! I am so excited! I am only 2 days in and loving the trackers! I had no idea I wasn't getting enough, well, on my good days, that is! LOL...

So, my name is Lora and I am local to the Le Mars area and have been struggling with weight all my life. About 2 summers ago I decided to attempt the Couch to 5K program! I loved it! I wogged my 1st 5K in August of 2010. I have had several setbacks since then and have since had to start completely over! It is VERY tough though doing this on my own! So, if there are ANY people in my area, please feel free to support me as much as you can! I will do the same in return! =)
