I am glad to have all the encouragement and support I have received here. I am thankful emoticon I think now that I am settled I am feeling ready to reassess my goals and keep pushing forward. Today I am feeling pretty good about exercising and getting motivated to do that. Thanks to all who are checking in on me emoticon
