Welcome to SparkPeople!

I know it shows that I’m a newbie as well, but I’ve been a member of this site off and on for years… and it’s still the one and only ‘diet’ I truly trust and believe in.

The best advice I can give you is to utilize this site as much as possible. Read the articles, join a team, use the nutrition and exercise tracker, but most of all, interact with all the other amazing members on this site. If you have a question, ask… I know someone will have an answer and be more than happy to help you.

Welcome to the both of you!
Hopefully, this web site does good for you; as it been good for me? I can't stress enough how good this web site is! I actually have proof that it works (check my Sparkpage out-- the pics). To be honest with you, all I do is stay within my calorie intake and exercise 6 times a week. The equipment I have on my sparkpage pictures is all I use; no special workout video or a gym membership. I also have a group of friends that I hold myself accountable too. I always send them a weekly blog; telling them what went right and what went wrong. This also helps me to see what I need to improve on? And on my "Current Status" I always let my friends now how I did on my cardio? Not that I am trying to show off, I'm just trying to spark a fire under their butts; to get them motivated to do some cardio? Anyway -- if any of you needs support or motivation -- feel free to add me as a friend. Take care and good luck in your journey (Ooohrah)!
