I've come back to SparkPeople after 3 years. I lost lots of weight on Weight Watchers 3 years ago and put it back on so now I need to lose 51 pounds. I'm doing well right now. I'm thinking about blogging about my experience but I'm not sure how to promote the blogs I write. I realized why I sabotaged myself and gained all my weight back. It's quite interesting really. So, now that I know I know I will lose for good. It's important to get to the root of our eating issues and then once we do I think that helps. Anyway, I'm looking for friends if anyone's interested. Oh...how do I get one of those little weight loss trackers everyone has when they post something? I can't figure it out.
