I'm turning 59 on the 27 of this month. My honey donated his kidney to his wife and helped her live several more years. Welcome to the site! Have a wonderful journey. Heal quickly and keep Sparkin'!!!

Keep Sparkin'!

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. I thank my God, making mention of you always in my prayers Philemon 1:3,4

you are amazing. what a wonderful human you are to do such a selfless thing for a friend in need. i have battled the scale since giving birth in 1976 and in the end, it comes to excercise and portion control. i have tried everything else and now at 56 i finally learned this. good luck to you and contact me anytime you want to talk.

I have to make it this time! My health depends on it!

I'm new to this so I'm not sure what I'm doing. I just turned 51 and am trying to stay fit in my "Old Age" lol. I just donated a kidney to a friend of mine 2 weeks ago, and had to lose weight in order to do it. Talk about motivation! Now that it's done I want to keep it going. With your help, I'm sure I Can!
