I want to congratulate you on making this journey. I began my own journey a few years ago and though my pace has been slow I have lost over 100 pounds! You can have success too!

Hi There everyone! You can see more about me on my page so I won't go into details here but I joined spark coach because I'm having a really hard time staying motivated. I feel like I need a pretty structured plan with some flexibility so I'm going to try this and see how it works for me.
